what is the bond for?
Our $200 bond is to ensure that if any accidental damage occurs while with the client it will cover the cost of damages. It is fully refundable after the event if equipment is picked up in the same condition as dropped off in.
How do we make a booking?
To make a booking please ensure you have looked at our packages. Then pop on the phone and give us a call!
Why is there a runny nose, no play rule?
While we don’t want to exclude anyone from fun, we also have to make sure the health of other children and ourselves are priority.
Although our equipment is cleaned regularly, cleaning 500 ball pit balls is not done after each use. Therefore we do not want any chance of sickness being on the balls for our next clients party if its before our next ball clean schedule.
Is there a refund if I cancel?
Your $200 bond is refundable if your cancelling your booking prior 7 days before the event. We know life can get in the way so want to be flexible with our clients. We will also offer the option to rebook your event to a later date, subject to availability. Your bond is not refundable within 7 days notice of the event and cancellation within 24 hours of your event will occur a 50% fee of your booking price.
How is the equipment delivered?
Our equipment will come delivered in our custom trailer. For delivery we require a parking space that will fit the car and trailer, whether that be on the road, driveway or grass area. We also cannot deliver to houses that have steep dirt/mud driveways. You must ensure that there is space for the vehicle and trailer to turn if need be.
what if the weather isn't permitting?
When booking with us we encourage you to have a back up plan in case of weather conditions. If it is raining can you make space inside to set up the playland area? We will also need to be able to back the trailer undercover in order to bring the equipment inside. As we cannot get our equipment wet. For hot summer days we highly suggest areas in partial shade or undercover as our equipment can get quite hot under full sun. Booking for early morning or late afternoon will help with this also when the sun isnt at its peak.
